I could see this battle being similar to ones like Sabrewulf VS Jon Tailban and Beast VS Goliath, something along the lines of more savage and bloody battle. Why I want this battle: I like Monster battles already and The Lizard and Man-Bat are among my favourite of Batman and Spiderman's rogues gallery. I've also seen Rain suggested for Katara but apart from water manipulation, I don't see any other connections.Ĭonnections: Scientists (Curt Connors and Kirk Langstrom) used the DNA of animals (Lizards and Bats) in order to use their abilities (Regenerative Abilities of Lizards and the Echolocation of Bats) for humanity's benefit and their own, but after injecting themselves they transformed into savage half human/half animal monsters. Why I prefer this match-up to others: I've seen Lapis from Steven Universe suggested for either one of these two, which I can understand the connection between them, but I prefer Katara VS Juvia because it was one of the first match-ups I'd thought of when I first got into Death Battle. How the fight could start: Katara could be practicing her water bending near a river, Juvia sees her water bending and assumes that Katara is trying to get Gray's attension and so challengers Katara.
